RIBE S.R.L was founded in the 90s as a laboratory of artisanal pastry, becoming a reference point on the Tuscan coast for two tasty references: the Cheesecake cake and the clove with pine nuts. In 2017 RIBE BIO is launched, the new line of 40% fruit sorbets.
